License plate collecting and affixing to garage walls is a niche hobby that intertwines personal history, regional identity, and aesthetic appreciation. This research explored the motivations, experiences, and challenges faced by license plate collectors, based on interviews conducted between May 13 and May 22, 2024. Through these conversations, we aimed to understand the emotional, cultural, and practical dimensions of this unique collecting pursuit.
